Growing up in a musical household, with a father who was a classically trained vocalist and a grandfather who was a self-taught organ and piano player, music has always been a constant in DJ Fredro’s life. From sneaking into his parents’ record collection to performing in talent shows at an early age, it was clear that his path would lead to DJ culture. With over 30 years in the DJ game, he was initially inspired by great DJs from the golden age of hip-hop and dance music, such as DJ Jazzy Jeff, Jam Master Jay, and John “Jellybean” Benitez.

Working diligently to perfect his craft, DJ Fredro quickly gained popularity and respect, evolving from a local sensation to a national and international star. He has performed throughout the United States and abroad, captivating crowds in far-reaching locales like Japan, Korea, and the Republic of the Philippines. DJ Fredro’s uncanny ability to play the right song at the right time has served him well in providing exceptional events, including weddings, private and corporate events, as well as opening for concerts and maintaining the flow at expos and trade shows.
